We are anticipating your coming vacation to Myrtle Beach! In preparation for your arrival, here are some additional details about the accommodation:

A. PRINT OUT PARKING BEFORE YOU LEAVE:
B. DOOR LOCK & CHECK-IN: after 4PM
(Early check-in is not available unless previously arranged by us and will prevent the cleaning crew from doing their job. Should this happen, the cleaning crew will not to enter the room. You will risk having an uncleaned unit for the enitire stay & be responsible for any damages left behind by previous guests. If the cleaners are requested to return, there is a $50 trip charge.)
C. DURING YOUR STAY: No pets are allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the room or balcony! Any sign of smoking will result in a charge of $200 plus excessive cleaning charges.
-Fresh linens and towels are in the room already. Beach towels/chairs and personal toiletries such as bath soaps, detergents, and bathroom tissues are NOT provided but there is a Super Wal-Mart and several convenient stores nearby.
Departure cleaning is included in rental but NOT daily maid service.
**Please keep patio glass door closed to prevent excess stress on the HVAC system.**
**DO NOT remove any items from condo, especially white towels into the pool areas. If the linens or towels become discolored by stain, make-up, or chlorine in the pools, a replacement fee will be charged.**
The condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer but there is a coin-operated guest laundry room next to the ice cream store/gift shop on the first floor by the elevators.
D. CHECK OUT: before 11:00 AM (any late check-out beyond the specified time will result in a charge equivalent to next day's daily rate).
Upon your departure, a team of housekeeping personnel will carefully inspect the unit.
Additional charges will be imposed for :
1. Linens and towels stained with chlorine, cosmetic make-up, or grease.
2. Damages to property and missing items from condo.
3. Non-compliance of rental policies or resort's rules and regulations, especially the strict non-smoking/no pet policy or early check-in or late check-out.
4. Any excessive cleaning or dishwashinc performed by maids.
This is our personal home that we share with others to enjoy. Please strive to keep it clean and damage free.
