We are anticipating your coming vacation to Myrtle Beach!  In preparation for your arrival, here are additional details for your accommodation: 

Resort:  Roxanne Towers, 1604 N. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577; Condo # 501

A.  Parking Permit to print before you leave:  

  1. Print parking permit ( http://www.vacationincarolina.com/Roxanne_pp2.htm)
  2. Print "# 501" on the permit and all other information.
  3. Cut out the permit and place on your dashboard for easy viewing.

There are 3 parking lots specifically designated for Roxanne guests – one under the building premise and the other two are across the street and slightly to the South side of the resort. B.  ARRIVAL AND DOOR LOCK: check-in is after 4PM
(Early check-in is not available unless previously arranged by us and will prevent the cleaning crew from doing their job.  Should this happen, the cleaning crew will not clean.  You will risk having an uncleaned room for the entire stay & be responsible for any damages left behind by previous guests.  If the cleaners are requested to return, there will be a charge.)

Go directly to the room.  The condo is equipped with a keyless lock. Enter the Code that was Emailed to you.

To open the door:
 

Push the Xth and Xth buttons together, then
Push the Xst and Xnd buttons   together, then
Push the Xrd button,
Turn the lock  clockwise and open the door handle

(Upon exiting the condo, ensure the door is completely closed and locked)

*After arrival, call the front desk and tell them "I am guests of owners of #501 and my license plate numbers are XXX"  (Due to the contentiousness of the front desk personnel, we do not work with the front desk and they are only allowed to obtain guest license plate numbers. Because of this issue, please do not pass into the front desk office on the way to the elevators and do not utilize their luggage carts.)*

C.  DURING STAY: No pets are allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the room or balcony!  Any sign of smoking will result in a charge of $200 plus excessive cleaning charges.

Fresh linens and towels are provided upon arrival.  Beach towels/chairs and personal toiletries such as bath soaps, detergents, and bathroom tissues are NOT provided but there is a Super Wal-Mart and several convenient stores nearby.
Departure cleaning is included in rental but NOT daily maid service.

**Please keep patio glass door closed to prevent excess stress on the HVAC system.**

**DO NOT remove any items from condo, especially white towels into the pool areas.  If the linens or towels become discolored by stain, make-up, or chlorine in the pools, a replacement fee will be charged.**

All amenities such as pools, lazy river, and hot tub are available to you at no charge. Use the pool tags in the room and please return them to the room upon departure.

Free internet access is available in the condo using your own WIFI-enabled laptop.  Directions and password can be found in the white binder under the living room TV (SSID-RX5, Channel 6, WEP 64 bit, pwd:  9193637931).  If this does not work, you can always use a wired cat5/Ethernet cable (bring your own).

D.  CHECK-OUT:  before 11AM (any late check-out beyond the specified time will result in a charge equivalent to next day's daily rate).
 

  1. Place all used towels in bathtub & all used linens in one corner of the bedroom.
  2. Empty refrigerator of all food.
  3. Place used dishes in the dishwasher and turn ON (this will prevent additional charge by the cleaners for washing dishes).
  4. Return all items belonging to the condo to their original locations.  Leave pool tags in the condo.
  5. Ensure the door is securely locked to prevent being charged for stolen items from the room.

Upon your departure, a team of housekeeping personnel will carefully inspect the unit.

Additional charges will be imposed for :
 

1.  Linens and towels stained with chlorine, cosmetic make-up, or grease.
2.  Damages to property and missing items from condo.
3.  Non-compliance of rental policies or resort's rules and regulations, especially the strict non-smoking/no pet policy or early check-in or late check-out.
4.  Any excessive cleaning or dishwashing performed by maids.

This is our personal home that we share with others to enjoy.  Please strive to keep it clean and damage free.
