We are anticipating your coming vacation to Myrtle Beach!  In preparation for your arrival, here are some additional details about the accommodation:

A.  CHECK-IN TIME:   after 4PM

Early check-in is not available unless previously arranged by us and will prevent the cleaning crew from doing their job. Should this happen, the cleaning crew will not to enter the room.  You will risk having an unclean unit for the entire stay and be responsible for any possible damages by previous renter along with a trip charge for cleaners to return.

B.  PARKING

  1. Park your car in any open parking spaces labeled "15-min registration" in front of resort.
  2. Go to Front Desk (on second level as you enter front entrance) and state that you are direct guests of the owners of Room# 601 and show them the check-in letter EMAILED to you.  The agent will provide a parking permit, pool tags, and key cards to the condo.

    There are two ways to get to the unit: (1) use one of the four interior elevators of the resort in the lobby area, or (2) use the exterior elevator just around the left corner of the building that will take you to the 6th floor and landing just 50 ft from the condo. The second option will be much more convenient.
  3. Long-term parking: There is temporary parking at the front of the resort for short term use such as loading or unloading. During your stay, please park in the parking garage across the street.

(Late check-out beyond specified time is subjected to a charge equivalent to next day's daily rate.)

Procedure:

  1. ·         Place all used towels in bathtub & all used linens in one corner of the bedroom.
  2. ·         Empty refrigerator of all food!
  3. ·         Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it ON (this prevents you being charged by the cleaners for washing dishes).
  4. ·         Return all items/furniture belonging to the condo in the original location. 
  5. ·         Lock all doors and have a safe trip home.
