We are anticipating your upcoming vacation to Myrtle Beach.  Here are some additional check in instructions.

ResortCamelot By the Sea Resort, Unit # 1802, 2000 N. Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

A.  PARKING:  If you have a vehicle, please park in one of the registration stalls in the covered parking garage and proceed to the front desk to get an electronic key card to open the parking garage gate.  We do not work with the front desk and they only give our guests keys to open the parking gate.  Tell the front desk you are guests of the owners in unit # 1802 and if required, present the confirmation letter to the front desk if necessary.  Drive your car thru the gate to park in any open spot.

Paste this link into your web browser to print a parking permit for the resort to place on your dashboard.  http://www.vacationincarolina.com/Camelot/Camelot_pp.htm

         1. Fill in the condo unit number you will be staying in on the parking permit.
         2. Cut out the permit and place on your car dashboard.

B.  CHECK-IN:  After 3PM

Any attempt to check-in prior to check in time is prohibited and will prevent the cleaning crew from doing their job. Should this happen, the cleaning crew has been instructed not to enter the room and thus you will risk having an unclean unit for the entire stay and be responsible for any possible damages by previous renter.  Should the cleaners be asked to return to clean, there will be an additional  charge.  If your situation is warranted and conditions permit, we may consider approval for early check-in upon request.

C.  DOOR CODE:  Go to the elevators to get to condo # 1802 and access the keyless lock to enter the condo. If you experience any problems with the lock, please call (919) 924-1126 or (919) 924-1417.

Enter the code Emailed to you on the door lock, then turn the round knob "counterclockwise" to open the deadbolt lock and enter. Likewise, upon leaving the condo, simply turn the round knob "clockwise" to lock the door (there is NO need to re-enter the access code).
The door does not lock automatically. It operates similar to a typical household lock and must be locked/unlocked manually.  FOR YOUR SAFETY-Lock the door after entering and upon leaving the room.

D.  DURING YOUR STAY:  No Pets Allowed.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the room or balcony!
Any sign of smoking will result in a charge of $200 and excessive cleaning charges.

Feel free to use all available amenities such as pools, lazy river, and hot tub.  Wear your pool tags when using the pools.  They are located in the room.  Please leave them in the room upon check-out.

Linens and towels are provided upon arrival.  Other personal items such as beach towels/chairs and toiletries such as bath soaps, detergents, and bathroom tissues are NOT provided, but there is a Super Wal-Mart and several convenient stores nearby.   Your rental includes departure cleaning but NOT "Daily" maid service.

**Please keep patio glass doors closed to prevent excess stress on the HVAC system.**
**DO NOT remove any items from condo, especially white towels into the pool areas.  If the linens or towels become discolored by stain, make-up, or chlorine in the pools, a replacement fee will be charged.**

E.  CHECK-OUT:  Before 9AM (Late check-out charge is next day's daily rate if not pre-approved by us).

  1. Place all used towels in bathtub & all used linens in one corner of the bedroom.
  2. Empty refrigerator of all food.
  3. Wash and dry all dishes (this will prevent additional charge by the cleaners for washing dishes).
  4. Return all items belonging to the condo to their original locations.
  5. Lock the door behind you to prevent being charged for stolen items from the room-Remember the door does not lock automatically.
Upon your departure, a team of housekeeping personnel will carefully inspect the unit.

Additional charges will be imposed for :

1.  Linens and towels stained with chlorine, cosmetic make-up, or grease.
2.  Damages to property and missing items from condo.
3.  Signs of smoking and/or pets
